Product & Agile Consulting
Senior product manager and agile coach with 10+ years turning cross-functional chaos into coherent, high-performing teams — across SaaS, enterprise, B2B, and digital platforms.
What I do
Every engagement starts with your specific situation — not a template. Here are the three ways most clients work with me.
Embedded product leadership for teams that need a senior PM without the full-time hire. I own the roadmap, run discovery, and ship — as a true member of your team.
Hands-on transformation coaching for product and engineering teams. I assess where you are, close the gaps, and build lasting capability — not dependency on a coach.
A focused 4–8 week engagement with a clear deliverable. Best for teams that need momentum fast — a roadmap, a discovery sprint, or a delivery process overhaul.

Case studies
Every project below is a real engagement with real outcomes. Details anonymized where necessary.
Inherited a 500-user Salesforce platform with low adoption, fragmented backlogs, and no clear roadmap. Led discovery, restructured prioritization, and executed a 15-month feature roadmap that transformed the platform into a tool teams actually wanted to use.
Eight teams, four product lines, and a VP who needed reliable delivery forecasts. Built a metrics dashboard system and redesigned retrospectives to generate real action — resulting in measurably higher throughput and a 0-to-one delivery culture in under 12 months.
A high-traffic B2B platform team consistently missed sprint commitments. In a 4-month engagement, rebuilt delivery practices around continuous flow metrics, eliminated recurring blockers, and rebuilt trust between product and engineering.
Four years embedded across enterprise, SaaS, and regulated-industry product teams. Each engagement began with a maturity assessment and ended with teams operating independently — self-organizing, metrics-aware, and capable of continuous improvement without an external coach.
How I work
Every engagement is different. But the way I think about the work is consistent — diagnose before prescribing, measure what matters, and leave teams stronger than I found them.
Spend the first week in listening mode. Talk to stakeholders, review the backlog, sit in ceremonies. No recommendations until the actual problem is clear — not the stated one.
Most team problems have one root cause driving ten symptoms. Find that cause — whether it's unclear ownership, missing data, or broken stakeholder trust — and fix it first.
Bias toward action. Ship small, measure early, iterate. Every output — roadmap, sprint, training — is tied to a measurable outcome so we know if it's working.
The goal is a team that doesn't need me. Every engagement ends with documentation, handoff, and coaching so improvements compound after I'm gone.
Background
The combination of full product ownership and deep Agile coaching expertise is genuinely rare. Most PMs have never coached a team. Most coaches have never owned a roadmap.
Get in touch
Most engagements start with a 30-minute discovery call — no commitment, no pitch. Just a conversation about where you are and whether I can help.
